Job Summary: An opportunity to connect construction and renovation projects with the construction site, supporting the commercial department in ensuring feasible execution through accurate budgeting and realistic timelines. Key Highlights: 1. Understanding of costs and schedules in construction and renovation projects. 2. Support to the commercial department and practical execution feasibility. 3. Accurate estimates, realistic timelines, and transparency with the client. At Pronto!, you will understand the intelligence behind cost estimation and scheduling—working with both ground-up construction projects and civil execution for apartment renovations. This is the perfect opportunity to bridge architectural drawings with on-site execution, supporting our commercial team while learning how to ensure practical execution feasibility—through accurate estimates, realistic timelines, and full transparency with the client. * Accompanying technical visits for new projects; * Screening interior and architectural design projects; * Reviewing architectural design projects; * Extracting project information and quantities for budgeting; * Formalizing budgets and other documents using Word, Canva, etc.; * Updating department spreadsheets and dashboards; * Supporting customer service via WhatsApp — outreach/reception, screening, follow-ups; * Participating in meetings with partner architects and commercial presentations; * Administering the customer experience questionnaire for clients with active projects; * Preparing budgets for outsourced services; * Supporting general commercial demands; * Qualifying new architecture firms for partnership.
