Join us! **In this role, your responsibilities will include:** * Managing store operations and team activities * Monitoring sales and service targets and supporting the team to achieve quotas. * Supervising, motivating, and guiding the team in alignment with company policies, metrics, and practices; * Attending company meetings and training sessions; * Providing feedback to the team; * Ensuring store processes comply with the company's service standards;; * Representing the company as responsible party whenever necessary; * Overseeing administrative and operational routines, either directly or by delegating responsibilities. * Assisting in attracting new professionals and participating in the candidate selection process for your branch, per the company's Recruitment and Selection policy. **Job Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in fields related to retail/leadership; * Experience in retail; * Experience in people management; * Negotiation skills; * Strong communication skills; * Proactivity.
