Responsibilities and Duties * Monitor and supervise construction phase execution, ensuring compliance with physical and financial schedules. * Analyze designs and propose technical solutions aimed at optimizing costs, timelines, and quality. * Supervise contractor and service provider teams, ensuring adherence to technical and safety standards. * Prepare service measurements and monitor cost and material controls on site. * Ensure construction process quality in accordance with the company’s Quality Management System guidelines. * Support site coordination during compatibility and planning meetings. * Enforce occupational health and safety and environmental regulations on site. * Support the technical team in post-construction delivery and technical assistance processes, when required. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering. * Active registration with CREA. * 3–6 years of experience in large-scale construction projects, preferably high-standard ones. * Proficiency in reading and interpreting executive drawings. * Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and advanced Excel. * Experience with construction management tools (e.g., Sienge, Power BI) is desirable. 2512070202191851910
