About the Role The mission is to ensure excellence in the end-to-end execution and strategic management of acceleration programs for operating-stage companies and ACATE’s investor network. The central objective is to support commercial scaling of businesses, preparation for investment, and connection to the corporate market—through comprehensive management and operation of programs—ensuring ACATE delivers real, measurable value to entrepreneurs and strategic partners. **Responsibilities:** **Management of Acceleration Program Tracks:** Direct responsibility for the Growth (commercial acceleration), Venture (investment readiness), and Innovation (open innovation) tracks. **Pipeline Management and Company Selection:** Operate the curation process to select operating/traction-stage startups.
