Job Requirements: Responsible for leading the operation of a clothing and accessories store, ensuring daily operational efficiency, achievement of sales targets, and excellence in customer service. Acts in team management, sales strategy development, store operations, visual merchandising, cash handling operations management, and ensures the store maintains high standards of presentation and service.
