Job Summary: Araxá Engenharia is seeking a Senior Environmental Engineer to develop proposals, manage contracts and environmental studies, and prospect technical partners. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a **Senior Environmental Engineer** to work in **Florianópolis/SC**, joining us to make a difference wherever we operate. **Main Responsibilities:** * Preparation of technical and commercial proposals nationwide for environmental services; * Contract management (measurement reports, revenue and expense controls); * Prospecting of technical partners; * Management of third-party contractors; * Review of technical documents and reports related to environmental studies; * Preparation of documents required for environmental licensing procedures; * Technical responsibility for environmental studies aligned with assigned duties; * Multidisciplinary involvement; * Supervision of thematic map development. **Requirements:** * Degree in Environmental Engineering or related field; * Minimum 5 years of experience in environmental services/projects; * Field experience implementing Environmental Programs in infrastructure construction projects; * Solid knowledge of environmental licensing processes across Brazil; * Fluency in environmental legal requirements; * Analytical capability; * Technical team management skills; * Knowledge of geoprocessing. **Desirable:** * Advanced Excel and BI development skills; * Fluency in AI tools; * Experience working across multiple Brazilian states. **Benefits:** * Remuneration: R$ negotiable; * Meal allowance and/or food voucher (IFOOD): R$ 930.00 per month; * Life insurance paid by the company; * Birthday day off; * Gympass; * Massage; * WE ARE GPTW – our organizational climate is outstanding! * Unlimited coffee, fruits, and cookies; * Annual action calendars for integration and stress relief; **We believe our differences strengthen us, which is why we promote and value a culture of diversity and inclusion.**
