People development and operational maturity **Unit:** HEI **Location:** Jurerê \- Florianópolis \- SC **Format:** On-site \- Permanent CLT **Job Mission** Work in the Sanitation Operations area, leading high-performing teams, ensuring disciplined execution of processes and action plans with a focus on sustainable results. Responsible for developing people, engaging the team, ensuring consequence management, and elevating operational maturity to guarantee efficiency, quality, safety, and reliability in water and sewage operations, operational planning, and achieved results; operation of maintenance activities for machinery, equipment, and water and sewage treatment facilities; sewage collection networks and water distribution networks; as well as performing other related and inherent duties. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate and control the execution of action plans and processes established by management. * Calculate system management indices. * Coordinate activities and teams within the area of responsibility and be accountable for operational planning and achieved results. * Coordinate the operation of maintenance activities for machinery, equipment, and water and sewage treatment facilities, sewage collection networks, and water distribution networks. * Coordinate work teams in SAE operations and maintenance, monitoring team activity development. * Identify process efficiency improvement alternatives and implement measures to increase productivity and reduce costs. * Coordinate activities and processes required to ensure a physically suitable environment for sanitation facilities and operations, thereby maintaining progress, organization, and control of scheduled activities and processes in full compliance with established quality, safety, and health guidelines. * Plan the budget proposal for the area for the following year, identifying resource requirements, and coordinate execution of the current year’s budget and various payments. * Coordinate implementation of projects and processes for expansion and/or maintenance of Sanitation Operations and Systems. * Collect data and prepare performance reports related to Operational Coordination of the system. * Evaluate hydro-sanitary projects for Jurerê Internacional. * Provide technical support for customer service. * Request purchase and maintenance of equipment. * Monitor and verify execution of contracted third-party services to ensure proper operation. * Manage SAE EGP Strategic Projects. **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Sanitary Engineering and/or Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. Leadership in Sanitation Operations, Total Productive Maintenance, Financial and Risk Management.
