




**Responsibilities and duties** **What awaits you on a day-to-day basis:** --------------------------------- * Work in high-value condominiums, prospecting new clients for Claro product sales (fixed and mobile); * Monetize clients who already have any Claro product by offering additional company services, especially mobile or upgrades to their current offerings; * Retain and protect high-value condominium clients by providing a market-differentiated experience; * Manage a pre-established portfolio of condominiums, being responsible for all sales, quality, and customer base indicators; * Maintain good relationships with the company's support, technical, and commercial teams; * Conduct on-call shifts at condominiums to increase sales and strengthen customer loyalty; * Provide emergency support to your condominium portfolio for any necessary corrections; * Carry out marketing initiatives within the condominium portfolio. **Requirements and qualifications** #### **We're looking for someone who:** * Thinks and acts from the customer's perspective.
