Our client, a landscaping company in Porto Belo, SC, is looking for professionals for the position of Operations Supervisor who are committed to continuous professional development. **Responsibilities:** Develop and monitor maintenance schedules and implementation timelines for landscaping projects. Allocate teams and resources (materials, tools, vehicles) according to daily and weekly demands. Control the use of inputs (fertilizers, pesticides, seedlings, etc.) and ensure proper equipment maintenance. Ensure deadlines are met and established quality standards are fulfilled. Team Supervision: Lead, train, and motivate gardening, pruning, and assistant teams. Provide guidance on correct planting, pruning, irrigation, and maintenance techniques. Monitor team performance, evaluating productivity and behavior. Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with occupational safety regulations. Technical and Administrative Support: Knowledge to apply soil correction, best fertilizers, optimal planting methods, and suitable plant species for each garden type.
