**COMMERCIAL ASSISTANT** **Job Description:** Participation in all stages of the brokerage’s commercial activities, including prospecting, developing, and closing sales across all insurance lines. **Requirements:** Must have a laptop/computer, stable internet connection, and a mobile phone for remote work. Prior commercial experience via WhatsApp sales is essential, along with strong client interaction and negotiation skills, and the ability to prospect new business opportunities. Candidates must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, results orientation, dynamism, proactivity, and ambition for professional growth and development. A bachelor’s degree in progress is desirable; completion of high school or a technical program is mandatory. **Minimum Education Level:** High School Diploma **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
