You will also join the communications team, helping create simple materials and keeping our Drive consistently updated. **Responsibilities** **Franchisee Support** * Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries, requests, and guidance. * Maintain courteous, clear, and timely communication. * Track requests from initiation through final delivery. **Operational Organization and Support** * Keep the Drive organized with all network materials. * Update spreadsheets and CRM with demand and delivery information. * Adhere to workflows and deadlines defined by the team. **What We Seek** * Strong communication skills; * Organizational ability and attention to detail; * Proficiency with computers, spreadsheets, and digital tools; * Willingness to learn communication and operational routines; * Basic creativity to assist in producing simple visual materials.
