Monitors approvals and controls project deadlines. **LongView** is seeking a **Real Estate Development Assistant** to support real estate development projects, from initial land analysis through project launch. **Job Mission** Assist in the real estate development incorporation process, monitoring all stages from start to finish, with emphasis on results, organization, and project performance. **Education** Currently pursuing a degree in **Architecture or Engineering**. **Mandatory Requirements:** * AutoCAD * Microsoft Office Suite **Main Responsibilities** * Support real estate development from land analysis through project launch, including assistance with **due diligence** processes and coordination with the Legal Department; * Assist in hiring and managing **designers and suppliers**; * Monitor **approvals from municipal authorities and other regulatory bodies**; * Control **project deadlines and schedules**; * Provide support during construction for **system integration and coordination**; * Assist with **interior decoration of common areas**; * Coordinate with the **Marketing Department** for product-related materials and communications; * Assist in preparing **economic feasibility studies**; * Support preparation of reports for the Engineering and Finance Departments. **What We Seek** An **organized, proactive professional eager to learn the full real estate development process**. **Location** Lagoa da Conceição – Florianópolis **Working Hours** Monday to Thursday: **8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM** Friday: **8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM** Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: Up to R$3.500,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Fuel allowance * Company mobile phone * Partnership agreements and commercial discounts * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Food allowance * Transportation voucher Workplace: On-site
