You will be the conductor ensuring perfect alignment of scope, deadlines, and quality to deliver extraordinary outcomes. **Your mission:** Coordinate project development, working side-by-side with the team and the Project Leader. Here, you don’t just manage—you lead creative solutions that make a difference with every delivery. **Why choose this opportunity:** * Challenging and high-impact projects; * Cutting-edge BIM methodology; * Opportunities for technical and professional growth; * A dynamic and collaborative environment with experienced professionals; * Active participation in strategic decision-making; **What we seek:** A professional passionate about coordination, with strategic vision and the ability to transform challenges into growth opportunities. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Lead BIM projects from inception to completion** * Coordinate the full BIM project development process, ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, and quality requirements; * Prioritize strategic tasks and conduct critical analyses to guarantee excellence and efficiency in every delivery; **Serve as the essential communication link** * Facilitate smooth communication among the internal Otus team, designers, and clients, aligning expectations and resolving pending issues promptly; * Collaborate with the Clash Detection Specialist to align objectives and define integrated technical strategies; **Develop people and share knowledge** * Actively contribute to the team’s technical and professional growth by promoting best practices and guiding daily activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Ability to read and interpret project documents, without necessarily needing to size structural or installation systems; * Knowledge of installations (design or construction); * Basic understanding of project coordination; * Strong communication skills, passion for team leadership, and problem-solving aptitude. * **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience in construction execution, especially in buildings; * Knowledge of BIM methodology; * BIM coordination tools (Solibri/Navisworks); * Prior experience coordinating project development; Degree in Civil Engineering, Production Engineering (Civil), or Building Technician. **Work model:** Hybrid (2 days per week onsite at our office in Florianópolis/SC, and 3 days remote). **Additional Information** Commission on sales of new projects to your clients; Year-end bonus tied to company performance; Paid vacation; Monthly access to online psychotherapy sessions and teleconsultations; Gympass; Birthday day off; Career progression plan linked to performance evaluation; Paid maternity and paternity leave; Opportunity to join our internal discussion groups: book club, charitable action group, women’s group, diversity group, fitness challenge; **Internal Initiatives** Otus Coffee every Thursday to strengthen team bonds and align goals; We are GTPW certified as a Great Place to Work; Coffee, fruits, and cookies always available in our pantry for in-office days; Annual fun run (scavenger hunt); Gamification.
