Job Summary: A professional responsible for creating and modifying technical drawings, developing projects, and preparing reports using CAD software and digital platforms. Key Highlights: 1. Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork **Responsibilities** Create and modify detailed technical drawings using CAD software; Perform project development activities, including defining specifications, adapting real estate usage, complying with legal standards/NBRs, and conducting site surveys and inspections; Prepare spreadsheets for process control; Prepare reports; Familiarity with digital platforms for issuing fees and processing digital cases; Prepare technical scopes for building adaptations. **Requirements** Relevant work experience; Completed high school education; Mandatory AutoCAD training; Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; Driver's license category B; Willingness to travel within the state; The candidate must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, respect, agility, organization, proactivity, ability to learn, and capacity to share knowledge and experience.
