Perform daily inspections of the entire building, external areas, and annex buildings of the Shopping; Carry out control of people's entry and exit from the Shopping; Check service authorizations, deliveries, and goods entry and exit; Perform inspections of all stores immediately after the Shopping opens; Provide customer service at Be mall; Guide customers and delivery personnel in the use of equipment (escalators, elevators, and pet carts); Assist people with special needs (wheelchairs, guiding visually impaired individuals, etc.); Guide and prevent beggars or individuals violating shopping behavior rules from remaining inside the shopping center; Respond to intervention requests in stores when requested by the operations center or shift coordinator; Approach individuals and control disturbances, providing containment whenever requested by the supervisor; Control access to the parking lot during nighttime hours regarding entry and exit of people and vehicles; Pay attention to suspicious behaviors and attitudes of individuals to prevent theft, robbery, falls, and threats to life, immediately reporting to management and monitoring center; Act in security for events at the shopping center; Immediately report any changes or abnormal situations within the condominium standards to the coordinator; Activate the civilian fire department in cases of fire outbreaks and provide pre-hospital care; Inspect store construction works, checking working conditions, noise, and odor, advising store owners when necessary; Monitor the flow of people entering and exiting during nighttime hours through the parking access gates; Control the entry of goods and construction materials by verifying authorizations with the monitoring center; Perform dock access control during nighttime hours; Notify the coordinator immediately in case of disturbances or unusual events around the Shopping; Perform other similar-level and complexity activities as required by the company.
