Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Receiving and verifying shipping documents, as well as coordinating corrections with international suppliers (primarily in writing); * Creating import processes in the system; * Monitoring import processes with supporting departments and customs brokers; * Providing general support to department activities. What We’re Looking For: * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, International Relations, or related fields; * Intermediate to advanced English proficiency; * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. What Would Be a Plus: * Knowledge of operational administrative activities (preferably within international trade); * Experience with study abroad programs.
