Easy access to commercial establishments and schools Job Responsibilities: * Business registration/formation; * Drafting of articles of incorporation, amendments, etc.; * Application for Operating License; * Application for Sanitary License; * Application for Fire Department Certificate; * Registration of meeting minutes; * Monitoring and deadline tracking for licenses; * Control and submission of annual license and permit fees; * Preparation and registration of contractual amendments; * Conversion of Individual Entrepreneur application into a Single-Member Company; * Monitoring procedures with the Federal Revenue Service, State, and Municipal authorities; * Issuance and follow-up of negative certificates from public agencies. Requirements: Degree in Accounting, Administration, etc. No specific degree required—only relevant professional experience.
