Ensure compliance with technical standards and safety regulations Job Description We are seeking a **Building Technician** to supervise and inspect construction projects, ensuring quality, adherence to deadlines, and compliance with technical standards. Main Responsibilities * Supervise and inspect construction work; * Conduct quantity surveys and measurements; * Interpret design documents (architectural, structural, electrical, and plumbing); * Prepare technical reports and daily site logs; * Assist in budget preparation; * Monitor schedules and physical\-financial progress; * Ensure compliance with technical standards and safety regulations; * Support project regularization and documentation. Requirements * Completed Technical Course in Building Construction; * Prior experience supervising construction projects; * Proficiency in reading and interpreting design documents; * Knowledge of technical standards (ABNT).
