Job Summary: Works as a qualified assistant on construction sites, performing medium-complexity technical tasks to ensure site organization and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Contributes to the quality, safety, and efficiency of services Responsibilities: An official assistant on construction sites works as a qualified assistant to specialized professionals (e.g., masons, carpenters, electricians), performing medium-complexity technical tasks such as masonry, mortar preparation, structural assembly, and hydraulic/electrical installations. They ensure site organization, clean and maintain tools, and comply with safety regulations (NR18\). Provide operational support to paving and asphalt laying teams, carrying out auxiliary activities that ensure site preparation, organization, and maintenance, thereby contributing to the quality, safety, and efficiency of infrastructure road construction services. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in this role. Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 07:00 to 17:00 Friday: 07:00 to 16:00 Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$2\.132,53 \- R$2\.900,88 per month
