




Job Summary: The professional will work on construction projects for a supermarket chain, overseeing construction activities, managing costs and materials, and assisting engineers with on-site requirements. The role involves working on a supermarket chain construction site, performing the following duties: * Monitor construction progress, prepare quantity and cost spreadsheets for budgetary control, and manage material and equipment procurement orders; * Load and unload construction materials, prepare construction sites, and clean work areas; perform minor equipment maintenance, clean machinery and tools, and inspect equipment usability conditions; * Assist engineers with necessary on-site tasks. Knowledge of civil construction (masonry, ceramic flooring, electrical, plumbing, fire prevention, etc.) and proficiency in SIENGE system and Microsoft Office suite required. Preferred Qualifications: Experience managing construction sites; Experience leading construction teams; Prior experience using SIENGE; Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree Desired Education: * Civil Engineering, Bachelor's Degree * Building Construction, Technical Course Personal vehicle required Willingness to travel
