Job Mission Responsible for operating and maintaining industrial equipment in the bottling area, aiming to achieve the planned production volume while ensuring quality requirements, minimizing costs, and preventing waste across bottling lines at manufacturing facilities. Comply with—and ensure compliance with—legal and regulatory provisions regarding occupational health and safety. Adhere to Life-Saving Rules. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) provided by the employer. Key Responsibilities Operate bottling machinery in accordance with existing operational standards and acquired training; Carry out organization and cleaning tasks at your workplace by implementing the existing cleaning plan (5S and CILT) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards, to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment; Perform autonomous maintenance and lubrication activities linked to basic condition maintenance (RBC) and operational condition maintenance on the equipment you operate; Conduct laboratory analyses of soda concentration, additives, and chlorine in bottle washers, and turbidity and contamination levels at the water treatment station; Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) by recording and analyzing equipment and process failures under your responsibility, and executing routine cards; Participate in continuous improvement of performance indicators at your workplace through involvement in continuous improvement teams; Conduct quality inspections to prevent rework; Perform routine cleaning and inspection of equipment; Support activities related to HACCP; Comply with safety regulations by correctly using personal protective equipment (PPE) and collective protective equipment (CPE); Enter data into the SAP system to ensure product and process traceability; Carry out medium-complexity repairs and maintenance. Academic Qualifications Completed high school; Technical course in Mechanics, Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnology, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields.
