




Job Summary: Araxá Serviços is seeking an O&M Coordinator to lead teams, manage assets, plan maintenance activities, and monitor performance indicators in the energy sector. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for an **O&M Coordinator** to make a difference together, wherever we are. **Main Responsibilities:** * Team Leadership: Coordinate internal technical teams and manage third-party company contracts across different geographic locations. * Asset Management: Monitor power plant performance via SCADA systems, identify deviations, and implement immediate action plans. Ensure execution of preventive maintenance plans. * Maintenance Planning: Supervise schedules for preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance. * Performance Indicator Management (KPIs): Monitor metrics such as MTTR (Mean Time to Repair), MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures), and Energy Availability. * Technical Reporting: Prepare technical reports on relevant activities. * Safety and Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with NR-10, NR-35, and NR-12 regulations. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields. * Solid experience in the energy sector, preferably in leadership or O&M management roles. * Problem-solving profile, strong communication skills with clients/stakeholders, and crisis management capability. * Willingness to travel frequently. **Desirable:** * Experience in solar O&M; * Experience in distributed generation; * Knowledge of electrical protection systems. **Benefits:** * Compensation: Negotiable; * Meal Allowance and/or Food Voucher (IFOOD): BRL 930.00 per month — no payroll deduction; * Life Insurance fully covered by the company; * Individual Development Plan — We value your career ownership. * Birthday Day Off; * Totalpass; * We are GPTW certified — our organizational climate is outstanding! * Annual action calendars for integration and relaxation; **We believe our differences strengthen us, which is why we promote and value a culture of diversity and inclusion.**
