Job Summary: The professional will provide network support, manage users and access, configure network equipment, and monitor network incidents. Key Highlights: 1. Support in network administration and monitoring (LAN, Wi-Fi, internet) 2. User support for network and authentication issues 3. Network equipment configuration and service maintenance **Minimum Mandatory Requirements:** · Technical course in computer networks and/or electrotechnology and/or electroelectronics and/or telecommunications and/or data communication, with proven experience in the field. · Driver's License Category B **Brief Description of Responsibilities:** · Support network administration (LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet); · Create, modify, and block domain users; · Assist in controlling access to shared folders and resources; · Provide user support for network and authentication issues; · Support configuration of network equipment (routers, switches, and APs); · Monitor the network and report incidents; · Assist in maintaining services such as DNS and DHCP; · Document technical support activities and procedures. · Perform other duties related to the position **Desirable Qualifications:** · Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, IP, VLAN concepts); · Familiarity with Active Directory or user management; · Linux knowledge; · Ability to learn quickly and solve problems; · Strong communication skills.
