Post daily stories featuring behind-the-scenes content, results, testimonials, etc. Respond to direct messages and comments. Update highlights with recent content. Capture and edit photos and videos for content. Create graphics for social media and internal teams (Illustrator and/or Corel). Write captions aligned with the communication strategy. Suggest story ideas, behind-the-scenes content, and new formats. Actively engage with followers and potential customers. Monitor post performance. Organize and update the posting calendar.
