We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer with strong technical expertise and strategic vision to work in a dynamic environment characterized by high demand and multiple simultaneous projects. This role is critical to ensuring brand consistency, visual excellence, and impact across all campaigns and produced materials. **Responsibilities** * Maintain and evolve brand identity, ensuring visual coherence and quality across all touchpoints. * Develop packaging from scratch or adapt existing designs according to brand guidelines. * Create and execute marketing campaigns: * — Conduct research and analysis to define creative direction— Build moodboards— Design Key Visuals (KV)— Adapt and extend campaigns across multiple channels (B2B, B2C, digital, and offline) * Execute creative A/B tests for performance-driven campaigns, understanding variations, hypotheses, and metrics. * Conduct market research and monitor aesthetic and behavioral trends. * Analyze consumer behavior to inform design decisions. * Develop brand guidelines, catalogs, presentations, and institutional materials. * Participate actively in internal rituals, alignments, and reviews in an agile manner. **Requirements** * Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (portfolio required). * Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma. * Strong knowledge of typography, composition, visual hierarchy, and other core design principles. * Ability to conceptualize and execute work with meticulous attention to detail and adherence to quality standards. * Experience working in high-pressure environments with tight deadlines. * Strong organizational skills, effective communication, and ability to collaborate cross-functionally (Marketing, Product, Sales, and Manufacturing). **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in manufacturing, hardware retail, consumer goods, or technical sectors. * Knowledge of motion design or basic video editing. * Familiarity with paid traffic campaigns. **Benefits** * On-site parking and meal allowance (no payroll deductions) * Amil Health Insurance Plan (with Flash discount) * Life insurance (fully covered by the company) * Access to discounts on gyms, pet care services, English courses, and universities * Birthday day off **Join an environment that values people, development, and collaboration.** **Grow with us — Together, we are one.** Job Type: Freelance / PJ Compensation: R$4,000.00 – R$6,000.00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Free parking * Meal voucher
