Opportunity for an **Accounting Coordinator** to work in Florianópolis/SC. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the full accounting recording process, ensuring accuracy, compliance with third-sector regulations, and strict adherence to contractual and legal deadlines; * Ensure accurate calculation and timely submission of ancillary tax and fiscal obligations (federal, state, and municipal), performing critical analysis and review of documents; * Lead and coordinate ERP accounting system implementation, customization, and enhancement projects—including related modules—to optimize and automate workflows; * Critically analyze operational results by project/contract, preparing management reports that identify deviations and propose corrective and performance-improvement actions for economic\-financial outcomes; * Monitor and analyze economic\-financial indicators, collaborating with senior management to ensure organizational sustainability; * Coordinate the preparation and drafting of technical accounting responses and opinions to meet requirements from Oversight Committees, Councils, and Higher Control Bodies; * Foster relationships and serve as liaison with essential external service providers, ensuring quality and fulfillment of contracted scopes; * Lead, guide, and develop the Accounting team, establishing clear goals and monitoring performance (*backlog* and productivity). **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Accounting Sciences; * Active and valid registration with the Regional Accounting Council (CRC); * Solid experience in accounting leadership roles. **Desirable:** * Specialization in Finance, Controllership, Auditing, or Management of Third-Sector Organizations/Healthcare. * Preferably experience in Social Organizations or large-scale third-sector entities, with in-depth knowledge of accountability reporting for Partnership Agreements/Management Agreements. **Working hours:** Business hours. **Benefits:** Paid vacation period, restaurant and educational institution partnerships, birthday day off. **Location:** Florianópolis/SC. **Employment type:** Independent contractor (PJ). **Follow us on social media:** https://www.linkedin.com/company/plenna\-capacità\-consultoria @plenna.capacita Job type: Full-time Compensation: R$8,000.00 \- R$10,000.00 per month Benefits: * Commercial partnerships and discounts Relocation/move possibility: * Florianópolis \- SC: Relocate or move to the job location prior to starting work (Mandatory) Selection question(s): * How many years of experience do you have performing the duties of this role? * What was your most recent compensation?
