Description: The Backend Developer (.NET) will be part of a new squad with the mission of evolving HSystem's systems. Initially focused on maintaining a critical legacy system for the business, they will prepare the groundwork to subsequently work on the development of an innovative product in the Direct Sales context. Their contribution will be essential throughout all stages of the process, ensuring the quality, efficiency, and continuous evolution of HSystem's solutions. Responsibilities and duties * Develop and maintain robust and scalable applications using .NET Framework and .NET Core; * Model and interact with MongoDB Atlas and MariaDB (MySQL) databases; * Actively collaborate in all phases of the development cycle, participating in Dojos and architecture decisions; * Apply Clean Code, SOLID, and Hexagonal Architecture principles, ensuring code quality, maintainability, and consistency; * Use Git for versioning and collaborative team work; * Work with AWS services such as EC2 and S3; * Explore and apply Artificial Intelligence tools (Claude, GPT, etc.) to optimize development and innovation; * Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and solution architectures.
