Opportunity to share and enhance technical knowledge * ***Hybrid work model in Santo Antônio de Lisboa after the probation period*** If you are passionate about software quality, master testing strategies, and wish to work in a collaborative, technical, and continuously evolving environment, this role could be perfect for you! #### **Main Responsibilities** * Understand business rules, architecture, and product context. * Create and execute test plans. * Collaborate with developers and analysts to identify quality risks early in the process. * Share and enhance technical knowledge in team repositories (Confluence). * Suggest process and architectural improvements. * Negotiate deadlines based on effort estimates. * Mentor less experienced professionals. * Identify and resolve medium-complexity issues. #### **Requirements:** * Advanced understanding of testing techniques and strategies (e.g., exploratory testing). * Performance and load testing (JMeter, LoadRunner, K6\). * API testing (Postman, SoapUI). * Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. * Advanced SQL for complex validations. * Test automation (Selenium, Cypress). * Familiarity with CI/CD and test integration. * Knowledge of Git or SVN. #### **Nice-to-have Qualifications:** * Customer focus and ownership mindset * Collaborative attitude and individual accountability * Creativity, emotional intelligence, and alignment with our culture So, are you interested?
