If you identify with this, join us! **In this role, your responsibilities will be:** We are seeking a **Senior Accounting Analyst** to strategically and operationally manage the company's accounting routines. The professional will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial information, compliance with accounting and tax regulations, as well as contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and internal controls. * Execute and review accounting entries and reconciliations for all balance sheet and income statement accounts; * Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closings within established deadlines; * Prepare balance sheet consolidations, financial statements, and management reports; * Ensure accounting practices comply with current standards (CPCs and IFRS); * Support and review ancillary obligations (ECD, ECF, DCTF, Accounting and Fiscal SPED); * Assist during internal and external audits by providing required information and supporting documentation; * Propose improvements to accounting processes and internal controls; * Support the finance and tax teams in accounting integrations and system reconciliations. **Job requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences; * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Controllership, Finance, or related fields will be an advantage; * Active CRC registration; * Proven experience as a Mid-level/Senior Accounting Analyst; * Proficiency in Excel; * Analytical skills, attention to detail, and autonomy in decision-making; * Advanced knowledge of non-cumulative PIS and COFINS; * Experience with ECD and ECF submissions; * Experience working with Real Profit regime companies; * Experience preparing financial statements and balance sheet consolidations.
