Description: Mandatory Technical Requirements * Experience in technological innovation projects within large enterprises or consulting firms. * Practical knowledge of generative AI (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, LLaMA, etc.). * Experience developing systems with multiple AI agents (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar frameworks). * Familiarity with agile methodologies, Design Thinking, or innovation portfolio management. * Ability to structure pilots, validate hypotheses, and scale solutions. * Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Economics, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, or related fields. * Network and knowledge of the startup ecosystem, open innovation, accelerators, incubators, or innovation hubs. Preferred Qualifications: * Postgraduate degree, MBA, or specialization in Innovation, Digital Transformation, Data Science, Generative AI, Innovation Project Management, or Corporate Venture. * Complementary certifications: Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). * Design Thinking, Prompt Engineering, or courses in Generative AI (OpenAI, DeepLearning.AI, etc.). * Proficiency in English and/or Spanish. Key Responsibilities: * Manage pilot projects involving innovative solutions (internal or in partnership with startups). * Support innovation squads in proof-of-concept (PoC) testing and agile MVP development. * Apply generative AI to automate processes within the innovation area. * Develop multi-agent systems using LLMs to automate internal workflows of the executive office. * Identify opportunities for AI application in open innovation and corporate venture processes. * Participate in strategic projects with startups, universities, and technology partners. * Deliver training and promote best practices in GenAI across various departments and business units. * Align innovation strategy with the practical implementation of emerging technologies. * Collaborate closely with the innovation team to foster a culture delivering tangible impact. 2512040202181695082
