Mission: Responsible for preparing food—either following recipes or creating original dishes—ensuring quality, hygiene, and presentation of meals. Key duties include selecting and preparing ingredients, handling and seasoning food, cooking and baking dishes, as well as maintaining kitchen organization and cleanliness. Responsibilities: * Food preparation: Select, wash, cut, season, and prepare ingredients according to recipes; 2\. Cooking and baking: Use equipment such as stoves, ovens, and grills, controlling temperature and cooking time to ensure dish quality; 3\. Dish preparation: Prepare hot and cold dishes, either following recipes or creating new combinations; 4\. Organization and cleaning: Maintain an organized, clean, and hygienic kitchen—including equipment, utensils, and work areas; 5\. Team collaboration: Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff, such as kitchen assistants and nutritionists, to ensure service efficiency; 6\.
