This individual will be challenged to lead the creation of scalable, robust, and easily maintainable solutions, ensuring optimized performance and quality through practices such as TDD and constructive code reviews. They will serve as the technical reference for the team, supporting development and resolution of complex problems—including microservice integration, asynchronous events, and high-volume data handling. Additionally, they will be responsible for documenting solutions, adapting\-to agile methodologies, and working with multidisciplinary technologies—bringing innovation and leadership to challenging projects. **Challenges and Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Design and develop software architecture solutions that are reusable, scalable, and easily maintainable. * Identify and resolve performance issues. * As a Senior Developer, support other team developers (mentoring) and conduct back\-end code reviews. * Write clean and testable code. * Document solutions (documents, diagrams, or whatever is appropriate). * Perform unit and integration testing to ensure code quality. **Requirements** -------------- * \+4 years of back\-end development experience. * PHP — Experience with frameworks such as Yii2, Laravel, or Symfony. * Knowledge and modeling of REST APIs. * Solid object-oriented programming knowledge. * Event-driven architecture (synchronous and asynchronous). * Microservice architecture (multiple projects, intra-communication, webhooks). * Relational database (advanced) / Non-relational database (intermediate). * Experience with web scraping. * TDD. * Git and GitHub. * Experience with Docker. * Knowledge of agile methodologies. * Intermediate/Advanced English. * Familiarity with messaging systems (queues and RabbitMQ). **What Else Would We Love to See?** ------------------------------------ * Advanced database knowledge, query modeling, and interaction with high-volume data. * Cloud knowledge (Digital Ocean and/or AWS). * Linux server knowledge, remote connection (SSH), and basic DevOps. * Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD). * A university degree in technology fields (Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, Data Processing, etc.) is a plus.
