Job Summary: A professional responsible for organizing and cleaning the pantry and dining area, preparing food, providing customer service, restocking and labeling products, and participating in training sessions. Participation in training and professional development Job Description: * Maintain the pantry and dining tables, as well as utensils and equipment in the department, organized and clean; * Ensure beverages are properly refrigerated and replenished as needed; * Perform frying using the service fryer; * Maintain required quantities of pantry items; * Prepare mise\-en\-place for the pantry and dining area; * Greet customers, serve them, present the menu, and make sales; * Restock merchandise at the counter whenever a product is sold; * Prepare and deliver requested products (weight, type, etc.) to customers, packaged and labeled according to product code; * Store products in the warehouse according to storage requirements; * Remove daily any deteriorated, expired, or unsightly merchandise, verifying expiration dates of displayed products; * Label products according to internal codes for the sales area and company directives; * Verify that products are labeled correctly (price, origin, manufacturing date, expiration date, and composition); * Participate in store inventory counts; * Notify department leadership regarding the need for maintenance or repair of machinery, electrical systems, and hydraulic systems; * Attend meetings and training sessions defined by department leadership and/or management; * Participate in the company’s mentoring program, training, teaching, and transferring company activities and standards to new employees.
