Job Summary: Responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the pantry and dining area, restocking products, preparing items, serving customers, storing and labeling merchandise, as well as participating in inventory audits and training sessions. Development of customer service and organizational skills Job Description: \- Maintain the pantry and dining area, including tables, utensils, and equipment, in an organized and clean condition; \- Ensure beverages are properly refrigerated and replenished as needed; \- Perform frying tasks using the service fryer; \- Maintain adequate stock levels of pantry items; \- Prepare mise-en-place for the pantry and dining area; \- Greet customers, serve them, present the menu, and make sales; \- Restock items at the counter immediately after each sale; \- Prepare and deliver customer-requested products (weight, type, etc.), properly packaged and labeled according to product code; \- Store products in the warehouse according to storage requirements; \- Daily removal of spoiled, expired, or unsightly merchandise, verifying expiration dates of displayed products; \- Label products according to internal codes for the sales area and company directives; \- Verify that products are labeled with price, origin, manufacturing date, expiration date, and composition; \- Participate in store inventory audits; \- Report to department leadership any need for maintenance or repair of machinery, electrical systems, or hydraulic systems; \- Attend meetings and training sessions scheduled by department leadership and/or management; \- Participate in the company’s mentoring program, training, instructing, and transferring company activities and policies to new employees.
