Competitive salary aligned with the market **Main Responsibilities:** The professional will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies to achieve business goals; coordinating marketing, pre-sales, and sales teams, including training and development of team members; conducting market data analysis to support strategic decision-making; coordinating advertising campaigns, including digital and traditional media in collaboration with the marketing agency; establishing and managing relationships with business partners; monitoring and analyzing sales and marketing performance results to identify improvement opportunities; actively working toward exceeding sales targets; visiting customers and commercial partners across various regions of Brazil; coordinating and participating in trade fairs, events, and related activities. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Advertising and Public Relations, International Trade, or Engineering. Preferred Experience: * Experience managing teams in complex and technical sales, as well as experience in digital marketing. Required Knowledge: * Experience with digital marketing and complex sales strategies; * Experience leading commercial teams; * Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google AdWords, RD Station, among others.
