If you’re looking for a place to innovate, learn, and grow, **CondoConta** is your next step. **Your Day-to-Day** You’ll join our **AI Experts** team—the Center of Excellence responsible for applying AI and automation to solve real business problems. In this role, you’ll operate in a **decentralized manner within the strategic Collections vertical**, working side-by-side with operations—while remaining technically aligned with the AI Chapter. More than developing solutions, you’ll be a **transformation enabler**, helping teams adopt AI in their daily work, unblocking processes, and delivering tangible efficiency gains. * ⚠️ Important: This is **not a traditional development role**.
