They are Brazil’s first cooperative financial institution, where their business model builds a value chain benefiting members, the cooperative, and the local community, offering over 300 financial products and services. **Mandatory Requirements and Qualifications:*** Participation across the entire software development lifecycle—from planning through production deployment. * Creation of multi-level testing strategies (unit, integration, system, and acceptance), using both manual and automated testing; * Design and execution of automated tests for services/APIs, web interfaces, and mobile applications, integrated into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab); * Execution of mobile application testing (on physical devices and emulators), with emphasis on financial applications; * Implementation of process, tool, and technique improvements to enhance software quality and operational efficiency; * Validation of non-functional requirements (performance, security, usability, reliability); * Validation of production environment deployments; * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and hands-on Agile Testing; * Experience with BDD (Behavior Driven Development); * Authoring test cases, test plans, and defect reports using Jira; * Test management using Zephyr and data analysis with SQL databases; * Proficiency in the Java programming language; * Software development practices and patterns focused on quality, maintainability, and test automation.
