In-depth knowledge of procedure and material tables (TUSS, CBHPM, AMB, BRASIND, SIMPRO) and their applications within the MV system. Knowledge of medical billing and medical account auditing rules. Understanding of ANS regulations and information exchange standards (TISS). Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel for data analysis. Experience in MV system implementation or upgrade projects. SQL knowledge for querying the MV database (basic/intermediate level). Perform and validate patient, payer, physician, procedure, table, and parameter registration activities in the MV system, ensuring compliance, data integrity, and standardization; Serve as the technical focal point for complex queries and cases requiring in-depth MV system and business rule knowledge related to registration. Analyze and propose continuous improvements to registration processes, contributing to optimization, reduction of rework, and increased accuracy of master data; Conduct periodic quality audits of registrations, identifying inconsistencies, duplicates, discrepancies, and gaps, and supporting error correction and prevention. Develop, update, and maintain operational manuals, standardization guidelines, and best practices related to MV registration.
