Job Summary: Professionals responsible for managing payroll, severance calculations, vacations, leaves of absence, and compliance with labor legislation and collective bargaining agreements. Provide support on labor legislation and collective bargaining agreements WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Thursday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Fridays, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. COMPENSATION PACKAGE: Salary between R$ 4.059,00 and R$ 4.500,00; Meal or Food Allowance (VR/VA) of R$ 700.00; Transportation Allowance (VT) or Fuel Allowance; Daycare Assistance; Training programs; Well-being policies; Various partnership agreements. After the probationary period, additional benefits include health and dental insurance, birthday leave, among others. REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields; * Prior experience in this role; * Availability to work onsite in the Estreito neighborhood, Florianópolis; * Proactivity, commitment, and decision-making ability; * Proficiency in Excel; * Knowledge of the Questor system is a plus. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Collect data for payroll processing and perform required calculations; * Calculate severance payments and vacation entitlements; * Monitor leaves of absence and job stability periods; * Track and apply rules stipulated in Collective Bargaining Agreements; * Serve as point of contact regarding CLT labor legislation and collective agreements; * Conduct severance homologations; * Communicate with all departments and employees; * Manage and organize vacation schedules; * Administer health, dental, and pharmacy benefit plans.
