Assist the internal sales team in completing and returning product quotations requested by customers to generate sales opportunities, while developing skills and competencies toward becoming a future internal sales representative. Serve the internal sales representatives' client portfolios during their vacations via telephone, e\-mail, Skype, WhatsApp, and other communication channels to maintain customer relationships and active sales. Assist branch management in serving, advising, and entering customer orders—either manually or via KDaPeça—for managerial clients. Assist branch management in completing real\-time management dashboards for performance indicators and sales campaigns, entering orders, identifying manufacturing plants, and entering customer bonuses, thereby supporting information management.
