Experience with exclusive profit management methodologies We are looking for a Financial Controller to join our team and directly support the strategic financial management of a group of companies in Brazil and abroad. We seek an organized, analytical, and numbers-driven professional with strategic vision to monitor, control, and improve the financial health of the companies. Key Responsibilities * Verification and recording of invoices. * Preparation and analysis of financial and managerial reports. * Management of accounts payable and receivable. * Cash flow monitoring, reconciliations, income statements (DRE), and profitability indicators. * Support in accounting and administrative processes, analyzing tax data and rates. * Organization and consolidation of financial information for CFO decision-making. * Participation in strategic meetings, presenting indicators and recommendations. Desired Qualifications — Senior Professional with Experience: * Degree in Accounting Sciences, Finance, Economics, or related fields. * Prior experience with accounting routines and financial management. * Proficiency in Excel and digital financial management tools. * Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented profile. * Strong communication skills and credibility in data presentation. Work Model * Hybrid: Annual in-person meetings (Florianópolis City Center). * Daily work: Remote.
