Responsibilities: * Access and extract data from multiple databases and systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, financial, operational, customer service/clinical, spreadsheets, and APIs), ensuring traceability of sources; * Develop and maintain SQL queries (views, joins, aggregations) to generate reliable datasets; * Perform data cleaning, validation, standardization, and organization (data quality); * Identify inconsistencies and discrepancies across data sources and propose corrections (in collaboration with responsible departments and/or IT); * Create and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards following corporate standards (layout, naming conventions, filters, refresh frequency) Requirements: * Intermediate SQL (SELECT, JOINs, grouping, filtering; creation/maintenance of queries for BI datasets); * Power BI (report creation, basic modeling, filters, simple measures; dashboard organization by audience); * Solid Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data organization and validation); * Basic/intermediate Python for data (pandas/numpy, data processing and automation); * Ability to access and integrate multiple data sources and understand relationships among tables; * Familiarity with KPIs and performance indicators for call centers; * Basic knowledge of data governance/data quality and documentation discipline; * Clear communication skills to translate data into practical recommendations; * Experience with integrations (APIs, connectors, ETL/ELT) and/or data environments (DW/Lake); * Experience with corporate indicator standardization (data dictionary and metrics catalog); * Knowledge of LGPD and best practices for data security/access; * Experience in call center or telehealth operations Work modality: On-site Address: Rua Sebastião Furtado Pereira, nº 60, 10th floor – Tower II – Barreiros, São José – SC, 88117\-400 Join us as a MedLover!
