Position: EVENT ASSISTANT
Description: The Event Assistant is responsible for supporting all stages of planning, organizing, and executing Foco Radical’s events. This role involves both operational and administrative tasks, ensuring all logistical requirements, vendor coordination, and customer service needs are fulfilled efficiently and effectively.
**Responsibilities:**
● Research airfare and accommodation costs—suggesting optimal routes, schedules, and prices;
● Prepare budgets and purchase printed materials for events, such as flyers, bags, badges, and promotional items;
● Monitor inventory levels of materials and promotional items, updating spreadsheets accordingly;
● Assist in budgeting with event vendors (event agencies, furniture rental, catering, etc.);
● Update and maintain the vendor spreadsheet;
● Prepare and organize materials for events;
● Assist in setting up and organizing events;
● Receive response forms and manage post-event organization.
Requirements and Qualifications
● Completed high school education (a technical or undergraduate degree in progress in Events, Tourism, Marketing, Administration, or related fields is desirable);
● Prior experience supporting events is a plus;
● Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proactivity;
● Flexibility to work non-standard hours when required;
● Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Compensation: R$2.500,00 per month
