Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Assistant to support operational growth, strengthen customer and partner relationships, and participate in all stages of the sales process. Key Highlights: 1. Support growth and strengthen relationships with customers and partners. 2. Conduct sales prospecting, portfolio maintenance, and sales negotiations. 3. Provide administrative support and monitor market conditions in the commercial sector. We are looking for a **Commercial Assistant** to support the growth of our operations and strengthen relationships with our customers and partners. Work Location: On-site – **Saco Grande, Florianópolis** (North of the Island) Working Hours: **Monday to Friday**, 08:00–12:00 | 13:12–18:00 Weekly Workload: **44 hours per week** * Key Responsibilities * Conduct **customer prospecting and portfolio maintenance**; * Support the commercial team across **all stages of the sales process**; * Serve customers and distributors, performing **sales negotiation and closing**; * Participate in **planning and organizing delivery routes**; * Assist in **monitoring market and competitor information**; * Update **commercial control spreadsheets** and record information in the **CRM**; * **Process orders and issue invoices**; * Provide administrative support for commercial department activities. ### Requirements * Reside in **Florianópolis (North of the Island) or nearby regions**; * Enjoy **customer service and relationship management**; * Hold a **completed or ongoing bachelor’s degree** (preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and internet; * Strong **analytical ability and organizational skills**. ### Preferred Qualifications * Prior experience in the food industry; * Experience in **commercial routines or sales**.
