Support in administrative and financial routines **About the Role:** We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our finance team. Your primary mission will be to ensure the accuracy of cash closings across our units and maintain the health of our accounts receivable. **Key Responsibilities:** \- Perform daily cash closing reconciliation for stores, identifying and resolving any discrepancies. \- Manage accounts receivable, ensuring incoming cash flows are accurate. \- Directly handle collections and debt negotiation. \- Provide support for administrative routines within the finance department. **Requirements:** \- Prior experience in accounts receivable and collection processes. \- Experience with cash closing reconciliation. \- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields) is considered a plus. **Desired Profile:** \- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills. \- Effective communication skills for collection-related discussions. \- Proactivity and ability to meet deadlines. **Job Details:** Fully on-site work, Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00 (with a 1h30 lunch break). Must reside in areas with easy access to Sertão do Maruim (São José).
