We are looking for a Controller Analyst to provide strategic support to management, ensuring the reliability of accounting and financial information, monitoring performance indicators, and continuously improving controllership processes. Main Responsibilities * Perform accounting reconciliations and consistency analyses of information; * Prepare, analyze, and present accounting and managerial reports; * Develop, monitor, and interpret performance indicators such as: Inventory Turnover, Debt Ratio, Cash Flow, Liquidity, Managerial Income Statement (DRE) by product and by sales channel; * Monitor accounting processes in coordination with external accounting services, ensuring compliance and deadlines; * Lead pricing decisions, considering costs, taxes, and margins; * Calculate and analyze costs for imported and manufactured products; * Conduct process audits, identifying risks, opportunities for improvement, and efficiency gains; * Support leadership decision-making through financial and managerial analyses.
