Opportunity to join a team with a 34-year history **BILLING ASSISTANT** Mister Poteitos has 34 years of history—join our team! **Responsibilities** \- Register new customers; \- Process orders and verify negotiations; \- Issue and verify invoices, bank slips, and entries; \- Schedule merchandise deliveries; \- Serve customers, representatives, and distributors; \- Assist drivers; \- Generate daily delivery manifests. **Skills:** \- Good communication skills \- Teamwork \- Organization; \- Proactivity; \- Proficiency in using computer systems. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in the field; * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree; * Basic Microsoft Office package proficiency. **Required Education:** High school diploma **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, including a 1-hour lunch break and two 10-minute coffee breaks (one in the morning and one in the afternoon). ⁣ **Compensation** Salary: R$2\.356,38 \+ R$350,00 Meal/Voucher Allowance \+ Up to R$300,00 variable productivity bonus. **Additional Benefits** * Potato Voucher up to R$60,00 \- deducted from payroll; * SESC membership; * Company-provided coffee and one bread roll per person for snacks; * Fully equipped kitchen, including a barbecue grill; * Rest area; * Celebrations for achieved goals and monthly birthdays!
