Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Manager with strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a process-oriented mindset to expand our IT function—integrating systems, implementing automation, and applying AI to enhance operational efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Lead and structure the Information Technology (IT) department. 2. Administer and evolve the Sankhya ERP system, developing integrations and automations. 3. Apply Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions and establish data governance. American Burrs is expanding, and technology is a strategic pillar of our growth. We use the **Sankhya ERP as our core business system**, and we seek an **IT Manager** with genuine technical proficiency, leadership capability, and a strong process-oriented vision. Here, IT is not just support—it’s integration, automation, data, and operational efficiency. **Your Mission** * Lead and structure the Information Technology (IT) department; * Ensure full functionality of infrastructure (networks, internet, servers, and systems); * Administer and evolve the **Sankhya ERP** (configuration, customizations, and integrations); * Develop integrations between the ERP and other internal systems; * Create and implement automations using **n8n**; * Apply **Artificial Intelligence (AI)** solutions to operational and strategic processes; * Map and redesign business processes across departments (Sales, Production, Finance, HR, etc.); * Establish data governance and information security (LGPD); * Develop and maintain **strategic dashboards and management reports in Power BI**; * Use **SQL for strategic data analysis and extraction**; * Collaborate strategically with executive leadership. **Candidate Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields; * Proven experience with the **Sankhya ERP (implementation, configuration, and customizations)**; * Ability to program and develop integrations; * Proficiency in **SQL**; * Practical experience with **Power BI (data modeling, DAX, and executive dashboards)**; * Experience with APIs and system-to-system integrations; * Hands-on experience in business process automation; * Knowledge of infrastructure and information security; * Analytical, structured mindset with ownership mentality; * Ability to lead and execute technically. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in manufacturing/industrial settings; * Experience building enterprise-wide BI frameworks; * Familiarity with cloud environments; * Technical certifications. **Employment Type:** Contractor (PJ) If you are solely a manager without hands-on technical capability, this role is not for you.
