Water Services and Technologies has a highly specialized and motivated team dedicated to delivering practical and cost-effective solutions involving groundwater and surface water, hydrogeochemistry, hydrogeotechnics, technology, and environmental data management. In this role, you will be responsible for structuring the company's Procurement Department. Responsibilities Conduct quotation, negotiation, and order closure processes with domestic and international suppliers. Develop and maintain relationships with strategic suppliers to secure better commercial terms and delivery timelines. Analyze procurement indicators (costs, lead times, quality) and propose continuous improvements. Ensure compliance with internal policies and procurement procedures. Monitor order flow, delivery schedules, and quality of purchased materials. Participate in the qualification of new suppliers and performance evaluations. Prepare managerial reports and analyses to support decision-making. Participate in cost reduction and supply chain optimization projects. Utilize ERP systems for order management, inventory control, and integration with finance departments. Requirements Relevant work experience in this role. Experience with ERP systems (OMIE preferred). Proficiency in procurement processes and negotiation. Advanced Excel skills and data analysis ability. Contract and compliance management capabilities. Verbal English communication skills for supporting and developing international suppliers. Management of departmental KPIs and reporting. On-site position in Florianópolis
