As a **Project Analyst**, you will be responsible for conducting technical analysis and coordination of development projects through evaluation of solutions, leading reviews, and providing advanced support to internal departments, aiming to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with technical guidelines. **Responsibilities and Duties** **What awaits you on a daily basis:** * Perform technical analyses of projects based on interpretation of architectural and complementary solutions to ensure consistency among them; * Conduct coordination by verifying interferences, reviewing details, and indicating necessary adjustments to avoid rework during construction; * Complete regulatory tables and documents by applying NBR 12721, analyzing metrics, and organizing technical information to ensure compliance; * Evaluate impacts of project revisions by analyzing changes, interpreting risks, and defining technical recommendations to maintain accuracy in deliverables; * Support coordinators and managers in defining solutions through critical analysis of drawings, identification of inconsistencies, and presentation of alternatives to strengthen technical decision-making; * Monitor deliverables from external designers by verifying scopes, checking compliance, and controlling deadlines to ensure process fluidity; * Produce technical reports for developments by organizing analyses, summarizing occurrences, and structuring records to support management; * Track project progress with impacted departments by aligning assumptions, discussing constraints, and validating solutions to maintain technical unity; * Verify technical documentation for developments by cross-checking drawings, specifications, and technical memoranda to ensure reliability; * Serve as the team’s technical reference by guiding less experienced analysts and supporting complex queries to elevate the area’s maturity; * Participate in technical meetings with designers by presenting identified inconsistencies, discussing alternatives, and validating final solutions to consolidate technical clarity; * Propose continuous improvements to project processes through analysis of standards, identification of recurring failures, and suggestions for adjustments to reinforce technical governance. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we expect from you:** **Prerequisites:** Completed undergraduate degree in Architecture and Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or related fields. **Desirable:** Experience in the role within the real estate sector; **Desired Knowledge and Skills:** AutoCAD; BIM; Knowledge of legislation and technical standards; Microsoft Office suite.
